How to Set Multiple Prices for the Same Dish
Use Add Variants to set different prices for the same dish by size, portion, or style.
Use Add Variants when one dish needs more than one price (for example Half and Full, or Small and Large). You keep one dish and manage each size or option under it.
How to set multiple prices
- Open Menu, then Dishes.
- Click + Add New for a new dish, or open an existing dish with Edit Dish. See How to Add a New Dish.
- On Edit Dish, click + Add Variants. On Create Dish, use the Variants section.

Edit Dish. Click + Add Variants next to Discount when you need more than one price on this dish.
For each variant, fill the fields so you can price and organize each option:
- Variant Name - label this option so you can tell sizes or styles apart (for example Half or Full).
- Actual Price - set the selling price for this option (shown with Rs).
- Discount - optional. Lower the listed price when you want a promo on this option.
- Dish Type - optional. Tag the option (for example Veg or Non-Veg) so you can sort and find it later.
- Allow Discount - turn on when you want this option to accept discounts at billing.
- Allow Complimentary - turn on when you want this option to be markable as complimentary.
- Allow Loyalty Discount - turn on when loyalty discounts should apply to this option.
- Listed Price - review the price after discount so you can confirm what will list.
- COGS - review cost of goods for this option when stock consumption is set.
- Gross Profit - review margin for this option alongside price and COGS.
- Setup Stock Consumption - optional. Link inventory for this option so you can track stock against it.

Variants on Create Dish. Add each option, review Listed Price, COGS, and Gross Profit, then save the dish.
Click Save Dish on a new dish, or Save Changes when editing. Use Reset to clear the form if needed.
What happens next
The dish stays one item on Dishes, with each variant at its own Actual Price. You can open Edit Dish again anytime to add, change, or remove variants.
