All service switches live under Services in the sidebar. Each service has a Status toggle and an Active Menu Set to choose.
- Dine In and Delivery each have their own page.
- Take Away and Pick Up are cards on Other Services.
- A table reservation card works the same way when it appears on Other Services.
The Pricing page lists Takeaway, Pickup and Reservation under Premium.
