Use Delivery under Services to turn delivery on, pick the active menu set, set charges, share a delivery menu QR, choose opening hours, and manage platforms and riders.

Before you start

  • Confirm you are on the correct restaurant at the top of the sidebar.
  • Decide your fixed delivery charge, free-delivery threshold, and minimum cart value before you edit Charges.

Open Delivery Service

  1. From the main sidebar, open Services, then select Delivery.
  2. On Delivery Service, use the tabs Delivery Details, Opening Hour, and Delivery Partners.

Delivery Details: status, menu set, and visibility

  1. Stay on Delivery Details.
  2. Under Status and Menu Set, turn Status on when you are serving delivery.
  3. Choose Active Menu Set (for example Default Menuset).
  4. Under Others, use View Invoice so customers can see the final amount, and View KOT so they can view kitchen tickets when you want that open.

Share the delivery menu and set charges

In Share Delivery Menu, use the QR code and the delivery menu link. Icons next to the link let you copy, download, or print.

  1. Under Charges, select the edit (pencil) control.
  2. Set Fixed Delivery Charge (the amount added to the bill).
  3. Set Free Delivery Above so orders above that amount ship free.
  4. Set Minimum Cart Value for Delivery so smaller carts cannot place delivery.

Opening hours

  1. Open the Opening Hour tab.
  2. Under Delivery Time, set each day to Closed or 24hr open to match when you accept delivery.

Delivery partners: platforms

  1. Open the Delivery Partners tab.
  2. In Platform, review cards such as Direct Order, Website, and third-party partners. Each card can show commission and a toggle when the partner supports one.
  3. Select + Add Delivery Platform when you need a new platform.

In Add Delivery Platform, fill:

  • Platform name (required)
  • Add Menu Set
  • Platform Link
  • Commission Percentage (required)
  • Platform Image
  • Platform Description (up to 200 characters)
  • Platform Prefix (for example a short code used on orders)
  1. Select Save (or Reset to clear the form).

Delivery partners: riders

  1. Still on Delivery Partners, open the Riders section.
  2. Select + Add Rider. Rider Create Options offers + Create New Rider or Import From Staff.

When you create a new rider, the Add Delivery Rider form asks for:

  • Rider Name (required)
  • Rider Image
  • Rider Number
  • Vehicle Type: Two Wheeler or Four Wheeler
  • Vehicle Number
  1. Select Save when the rider details are ready.
