Managing Restaurant Details
Update restaurant name, phone, subdomain, email, country, address, time zone, opening date, type, and logo in Settings.
Restaurant Details is where you keep the core identity of this restaurant: name, phone, subdomain, email, country, address, time zone, opening date, and logo. Open it from Settings under General Setting.
Before you start
- Confirm you are on the correct restaurant before you edit details.
- Have your public phone number, email, and address ready. Sub Domain becomes part of your .restro.link address.
Open Restaurant Details
- Open Settings for this restaurant (from the main sidebar, or from a restaurant card on Manage Restaurant).
- Under General Setting, select Restaurant Details.
- You land on Restaurant Basic Details with the logo area and the main fields.

Update the restaurant logo
- In the logo area, click Upload and choose a new image, or click Reset to clear the current logo.
- Follow the on-screen prompt: Upload new image to change your restaurant profile.
Fill the basic fields
Work through the fields on Restaurant Basic Details:
- Restaurant Name (required) - the name customers and staff recognize.
- Restaurant Number (required) - phone with country code (for example +977).
- Sub Domain (required) - the prefix before .restro.link.
- Email - optional contact email.
- Country (required) - country for this restaurant.
- Price Field - currency shown for this restaurant (for example NPR). This field may be read-only once set.
- Address (required) - search or pick the physical address.
- Time Zone (required) - for example Kathmandu - Asia/Kathmandu.
- Opening Date - when this restaurant opened.
- Type - restaurant type options shown as selectable chips at the bottom of the form.
Save your changes
After you edit the fields, use the save or confirm control RestroX shows on this page so the new details apply. If you only needed a clean counter sequence later, that is a separate action on Restaurant Details (Reset All Counters), not a full data reset.
What happens next
Updated details appear across the restaurant profile and customer-facing surfaces that use this identity. Next, set who can change settings with Configuring User Roles and Permissions, or tune alerts in Configuring Notification Preferences.
