When you need many tables at once, use bulk creation instead of saving one table at a time. Bulk starts from the Create Table form under Table & Space → Table.

Before you start

  • Have your Spaces ready - How to Add a New Space.
  • Decide naming for the batch (for example a letter prefix plus numbers).

How to create tables in bulk

  1. Open Table & Space, then Table.
  2. Click + Add New to open Create Table.
  3. On the form, click Add Bulk Table (bottom left) to switch into bulk row creation so you can add multiple tables in one pass.
  4. Fill each row with the table details you need (name, type, capacity, Space, and charge when required), then save the batch the same way you finish a normal create.

For sequential names such as T1 through T10, the bulk flow also supports a prefix-style generator - see How to Generate Multiple Table Rows Automatically.

What happens next

New tables show on the Tables list, each linked to its Space. Check totals and occupancy on Understanding Table Status and Availability and space-level counts on Managing Space Capacities and Tables.
