Use Transactions as the full finance activity list. Filter by date, status, type, staff, entry details, customer, supplier, and payment mode, then open a row for invoice-level detail.

Before you start

  • Decide the date range you want (for example This Year or a custom range).
  • Know whether you are looking for sales, purchases, payments, or another type.

Open and filter Transactions

  1. Open Finance > Transactions.
  2. Use the filter row: TXN Date, Status, Type, Staff, Entry Date, Entry By, Customer, Supplier, and Payment Mode.
  3. Use Search and Filter at the top right when you need a quicker find.
  4. Read the summary cards for Sales, Purchase, Income, Expenses, Payment In, and Payment Out.

Read the table

Each row includes:

  • SN
  • TXN Date
  • TXN No (for example INV-119)
  • Particular
  • TXN Type (for example Sales)
  • Parties
  • PMT Mode

Open transaction details

  1. Select a TXN No link. The Transaction Details view opens.
  2. Check Basic Details: Payment Status, Transaction No, Entry By, Entry Date, Order type, KOT No, Service Duration, and Remarks.
  3. Review the estimate or invoice lines (Particular, Rate, QTY, Amount), then Payments Breakdown and Account Summary.
  4. Use Print Invoice, Duplicate Order, or Mark as Void when needed. Add files with + Add Attachments.
