Set tax rates in Tax & Rates and add service charge at Checkout.

- Tax: open Finance, then Tax & Rates. Add or edit a tax, decide whether prices are tax inclusive or exclusive, and save before posting new sales.
- Service or table charge: add it on the bill at Checkout with + Add Extra Charges.
Ask your accountant for the right rates for your restaurant. After you set taxes, the Taxable Amount line on Checkout shows the amount tax is worked on.
