What automatic deduction does

When a guest orders a dish that is linked to stock items, RestroX can reduce those raw quantities by the mapped amounts. You spend less time updating inventory by hand after every sale.

Set it up

1. Confirm each raw ingredient is a Stock Item under Inventory > Stock Item.
2. Link those stock items to the matching menu dishes (and variants when you use them). Full mapping steps: How to Link Stock Items to Menu Dishes.
3. Take orders as usual. After sales, check Closing and Consumption Rate on Stock Items, and review consumption and history guides below.
