Your menu is the catalog you organize so you can take orders accurately. In RestroX, dishes sit under Sub Menus and Categories, and you can add prices, variants, and add-ons as you grow.
A simple way to picture it: Sub Menus are the binders (Food Menu, Bar Menu), Categories are the tabs inside each binder (Breakfast, Beverages), and dishes are the pages you add.
Before you start
- Finish your restaurant account first - How to Set Up Your Restaurant Account.
- Decide how you want to group dishes (for example Food Menu vs Bar Menu, then Breakfast vs Mains).
Build your menu
- Create a Sub Menu - How to Add a New Sub Menu. Background: What is a Sub Menu?.
- Create Categories under your menu structure - How to Add a New Category.
- Add dishes - How to Add a New Dish. Open Menu, then Dishes to see and manage your list.
