Sales activity appears throughout Finance: in Transactions as rows with TXN Type Sales, in invoice detail views, and in sales reports such as Sales Master.
Before you start
- Use completed orders so invoices already exist to review.
- Open Finance > Sales when you want the sales-focused list, or use Transactions filtered by type.
Find sales on Transactions
- Open Finance > Transactions.
- Set Type toward sales activity, or scan rows where TXN Type shows Sales.
- Note TXN No values such as INV-119, plus Particular, Parties, and PMT Mode.

Open an invoice
- Select a sales TXN No. Transaction Details opens with the estimate or invoice lines.
- Confirm Payment Status (for example Paid), Order type, and Payments Breakdown.
- Use Print Invoice, Duplicate Order, or Mark as Void only when your process allows it.

Review Sales Master
- Open Finance > Reports, then Sales Master Report under Sales Report (breadcrumb shows Reports > Sales Master).
- Read cards for Net Sales, Discount, Loyalty Discount, Service Charge, Round Off / Tips, and Tax.
- Use the table columns ID, Date, Bill Customer, Assign Customer, Payment Account, and Payment Mode.
