Open Reports under Finance to run accounting, tax, sales, purchase, and party statements. Pin favorites, then open any report for the period you need.

Before you start

  • Post sales, expenses, and payments for the period you will review.
  • Know whether you need an accounting statement, a Nepal tax register, or a sales summary.

Open the reports catalog

  1. Open Finance > Reports.
  2. Use Search at the top if the list is long.
  3. Browse sections such as Pinned Reports, Accounting, Tax Report (For Nepal), Sales Report, Receivable and Payable Reports, and Purchase Report.

Accounting statements

  1. Open Trial Balance for opening, transaction, and closing debit/credit by account.
  2. Open Profit Or Loss Statement for Direct Income, Cost of Goods Sales [COGS], Gross Profit or Loss, and operating lines.
  3. Open Balance Sheet for Asset and Liability totals with expandable groups.
  4. Open Payment Mode Summary for amounts and transaction counts by payment mode.

Sales and daily summaries

  1. Open Sales Master Report for net sales cards and invoice rows.
  2. Open Daily Sales Summary Report for day-by-day amounts across payment accounts.
  3. Open Sales Register under Tax Report (For Nepal) for the period invoice register.

Party balances

  1. Open Party Balance Report under Receivable and Payable Reports.
  2. Filter by date range and Type, then read Party Name, Party Type, and opening versus during-the-period debit/credit columns.
