If you want a run of sequential tables quickly (for example T1 through T10), use the prefix generator in bulk table creation. This saves you from typing every name by hand.

Before you start

  • Know the prefix and how many tables you need (for example prefix T and count 10).
  • Create the Space those tables belong to - How to Add a New Space.

How to generate multiple table rows

  1. Open Table & Space → Table, then click + Add New.
  2. On Create Table, click Add Bulk Table to open bulk row creation.
  3. Use the prefix generator tool to build sequential table names (such as T1 through T10) in seconds, then complete shared details like Table Type, Capacity, and Space for the rows.
  4. Save the generated rows so they appear on the Tables list.

Need only one table? Use How to Add a New Table. Need a mixed batch without sequential names? See How to Create Tables in Bulk.

What happens next

Your sequential tables are ready to assign during dine-in. Review Status and Available on the list, and confirm each Space shows the right table count.
