How to Add a New Table
Create a table under Table & Space, set name, type, capacity, Space, and optional charge.
Tables are the seats you manage for dine-in. You create them under Table & Space → Table, then link each one to a Space so you can organize seating by zone.
Before you start
- Create at least one Space first - How to Add a New Space. The Space field on the table form needs a Space to choose.
- Know how you name tables in real life (for example R-10, S-1, or Cabin 1).
How to add a new table
- Open Table & Space in the sidebar, then choose Table. The Tables list opens.
- Click + Add New. The Create Table form opens.

Fill the fields:
- Table Name - required. Enter a name or number (placeholder: Name or Number) so you can find this table quickly on the list (for example R-10).
- Table Type - choose a type from Select Table Type. Types you may see include Room and Sofa. Room is a table type here, not a separate Floor screen.
- Capacity - set how many seats this table has. Use the minus and plus controls (default often starts at 4).
- Space - choose the dining zone from Select Space (for example Baranda or Roof Top).
- Enable Charge - optional toggle. Turn it on only when this table should carry an extra charge; leave it off when there is no table charge.

Click Save Table to save. Reset clears the form. Use the X to close without saving. If you need several tables at once, use Add Bulk Table on this same form - see How to Create Tables in Bulk.
Edit a table later
On the Tables list, open the row menu (...) and edit the table. The Edit Table form uses the same fields. Click Save Changes to keep updates, or Discard to leave without saving.

What happens next
The new table appears on the Tables list with its type, Space, capacity, status, and Available toggle. Next, review status on Understanding Table Status and Availability, or add more tables in bulk if you are setting up a full zone.
