Use the Available switch to turn an add-on on or off so you only offer extras that are ready to sell.

How to manage add-on status

  1. Open Menu, then Add-Ons & Extras.
  2. Find the add-on on the list. Use Search or Filter if you need to narrow results quickly.

On the Add-Ons & Extras list, the Available column shows a switch for each add-on.

  1. Use the Available switch on that row to turn the add-on on or off.
  2. Optionally use Filter with Status: All, Active, or Inactive when you want to find items faster.

Row actions also include Edit Add-On and Move to trash.

What happens next

When Available is on, the extra can be offered with dishes that use it. When Available is off, that extra should not be offered until you turn it back on.
