How to Set Up Your Restaurant Account

Create a restaurant or branch in Manage Restaurant, then finish Restaurant Details like name, phone, and address.

Your restaurant account holds the basics RestroX needs to identify your place - name, phone, type, address, and more. Set this up before you build menus or invite your team.

Open Manage Restaurant

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Under Restaurant: click View all to open Manage Restaurant.

On this page you see each restaurant as a card with details such as Role, plan badge, and actions like Settings and Dashboard. Use search when the list is long.

Create a restaurant

  1. On Manage Restaurant, click + Add New. The Create Restaurant form opens.

Fill the required fields:

  • Restaurant Name - the name you use to find and manage this place (for example Chiya Sansar). This field is required.
  • Restaurant Number - the phone number for this restaurant. This field is required.
  • Type - choose the option that fits how you organize the business (for example Restaurant, Cafe, Bar, Hotel, FastFood, Bakery, Cloud Kitchen, or Resort). This field is required.
  • Address - search and set the location so you can keep address details accurate. This field is required.

Click Save Restaurant to save. Reset clears the form.

Create a branch (optional)

If you run more than one location under the same group, click Create Branch on Manage Restaurant. The Create Restaurant Branch form opens.

  • Branch Name - a clear name so you can tell locations apart. This field is required.
  • Select Restaurants - choose the parent restaurant this branch belongs to. This field is required.
  • Description - optional notes to help you remember what this branch is for.

Click Save Branch to save. Reset clears the form.

Finish Restaurant Details

From a restaurant card on Manage Restaurant, open Settings and go to Restaurant Details (under Restaurant Basic Details).

Review and complete fields such as:

  • Profile Image - use Upload to change the restaurant logo, or Reset to clear it
  • Restaurant Name and Restaurant Number
  • Sub Domain - your unique subdomain before .restro.link so you can share a stable restaurant link
  • Email
  • Country, Price Field, and Address
  • Time Zone and Opening Date
  • Type
