How to Create Your User Profile
Open Profile Setting and update your name, username, email, phone, photo, and notification preferences.

Your user profile is your personal identity in RestroX. Keep your name, username, email, and phone number up to date so you can sign in and manage your restaurants smoothly.
Open Profile Setting
- Find your account area at the bottom of the sidebar (your name and @username).
- Open Profile Setting.
Fill or update your details
Use these fields to organize your account:
- Your Full Name - the name that identifies you across RestroX. This field is required.
- Username - your unique handle (for example @BlackTech). This field is required.
- Email - your account email. Use Change or Unlink when you need to update it, and complete Verify when prompted.
- Phone Number - your account phone. Use Change or Unlink when needed. A verified number helps you sign in reliably.
- Upload Image - click Click here to upload to add a profile photo so you can recognize your account quickly.
- Address - set your location so your account details stay complete.
Email and notification preferences
Under Email & Notification, open:
- User Email Preferences
- User Notification Preferences
These pages help you control what you receive. For more detail, see Configuring Email and Notification Preferences.
Below that, Dangerous Area holds sensitive account actions. Only use it when you intend to make a major account change.
