Update Actual Price and Discount for many dishes at once from Bulk Edit Menu Set Price when menu rates change.
How to edit prices in bulk
- Open Menu, then Menu Set.
- On the menu set row, choose Edit Prices. The Bulk Edit Menu Set Price page opens.
- Find the dishes you need with Search or Filter.
- Edit Actual Price and Discount under Default Menuset for each dish.
- Click Save Changes. Use Reset if you need to clear unsaved edits.
Bulk Edit Menu Set Price. Change prices in the grid, then click Save Changes.
What the grid helps you manage:
- Dish Name - identify which dish you are updating.
- Default Menuset - the price group for this menu set. Under it you edit Actual Price and Discount.
- Actual Price - set the selling price for the dish in this menu set (shown with Rs).
- Discount - optional. Set a promo amount for that dish.
- Search - find a dish by name when the list is long.
- Filter - narrow the list so you can focus on the dishes you need to update.
- Reset - clear unsaved edits on the grid.
- Save Changes - apply the new prices and discounts.
What happens next
Saved prices apply for that menu set. Open Edit Dish if you need a one-off change, or use Add Variants when one dish needs multiple sizes or prices.
