How Do I Mark a Dish as Sold Out for Today?
Turn a dish or add-on off for ordering with the Available switch, and back on later.

Open Menu, then Dishes, and turn off the Available switch on that dish's row. If you are already inside a Sub Menu, you can do the same on its Dishes tab.
When the stock is back, switch it on again.
Add-ons have their own switch under Add-Ons & Extras, so you can stop selling just one extra without touching the main dish.
