The Activity Log is the audit trail for this restaurant. Use it when you need to see who changed what, and when, across menus, services, and other dashboard actions.
Before you start
- You need permission to open Settings and view the activity log.
- Know roughly when the change happened so you can scan recent entries faster.
Open the Activity Log
- Open Settings for this restaurant.
- Under General Setting, select Activity Log.
- Review the timestamped activity records RestroX lists for this restaurant. Look for the user, the action, and the time on each row.
No dedicated Activity Log screenshot is included here yet. Follow the labels and filters on the page itself; do not invent columns that are not shown in your account.
What to look for
- Recent updates after a menu or service change.
- Actions tied to a specific staff member when something unexpected happened.
- A sequence of edits around the same time (for example several menu updates in a row).
What happens next
If you need to undo a mistaken delete, check Managing Trash and Restoring Deleted Items. For alert noise, adjust Configuring Notification Preferences.
