Setting Up and Changing Your RX Pin

Set or update your 4-digit RX Pin from Password & Security for quick numeric access.

An RX Pin is a short numeric PIN you set under Password & Security for quick, easy-to-remember access alongside your password.

Before you start

  • Choose a 4-digit PIN you can remember but others will not guess.
  • Have your current RX Pin ready if you are changing an existing one.

How to change your RX Pin

  1. Open Profile Setting from your profile card, then open Password & Security.
  2. Click Change RX Pin (For quick and secure, easy to remember).

On the Change RX Pin form:

  1. Current RX Pin - enter your existing 4-digit PIN.
  2. New RX Pin - enter the new 4-digit PIN.
  3. Confirm RX Pin - type the new PIN again to confirm.
  4. Click Save RX Pin. Use Reset to clear the fields, or Forgot Pin? if you cannot enter the current PIN.

What happens next

The new RX Pin replaces the old one for PIN-based access. If you also use password or OTP login, those options stay available under Password & Security.
