RestroX needs one small recipe link per dish: which stock item it uses and how much one portion takes.
For example, if Mushroom Soup uses 100 g of mushrooms, link that on the dish (or its variant) under Setup Stock Consumption. After that, each sale lowers the stock item's Closing balance by that amount, and Consumption Rate shows your fast movers.
Keep the quantity in the stock item's own measuring unit.
