Adding Dishes to Existing Orders

Open an active order, use + Add Dishes to ring up more items, then confirm them into a new KOT.

Guests often order more after the first KOT. Open the active order and use + Add Dishes so new items join the same table or delivery ticket without starting a separate bill.

Open the active order

  1. From the Orders board, open the card for the table or delivery guest.
  2. Confirm you are on the Dishes tab. Check Current Stage (for example Pending) and the Order Summary on the right.
  3. Select + Add Dishes.

Ring up the new items

  1. On Select Dishes, add each dish with Add.
  2. Review Cart Items, then Confirm Order or Confirm & Print.
  3. Return to the order. New lines appear under a new or updated KOT on the Dishes and KOT tabs.

What happens next

The kitchen sees the new ticket on the KOT board. Keep using Order Summary for totals, Make Advance Payment, and checkout when the party is done.
