Organizing Your Menu Hierarchy with Sub Menus
Structure intermediate menu layers to keep POS terminals clean and fast.

Overview
Sub Menus provide an intermediate structural layer between your main menu collections and your item categories, helping you separate broad operational menus (such as a Food Menu versus a Bar Menu).
Why It Matters for Growth
As your restaurant expands its offerings from standard kitchen meals to specialized beverage bars or seasonal menus, flat categorization becomes messy. Sub Menus keep your POS uncluttered, enabling staff to ring up orders rapidly during peak rush hours.
Step-by-Step Configuration
- Go to Menu > Sub Menu in the sidebar.
- Review your active sub-menu counts, top-sold structures, and allocation metrics from the summary cards.
- Use the Arrange feature to drag and drop sub-menu display sequences, or click + Add New to establish a fresh sub-menu classification.
- Link your categories and dishes into these sub-menus to control where items render across terminal screens.
