Configuring Takeaway, Pickup & Reservations
Turn Take Away and Pick Up on, assign active menu sets, and manage related modes under Other Services.
Use Other Services under Services to set the default dish view and to turn Take Away and Pick Up on with their active menu sets. Table reservation service modes follow the same status and menu set pattern when that card is available on this page.
Before you start
- Have menu sets ready for each fulfillment mode you plan to enable.
- Decide whether customers should place takeaway and pickup orders from your guest experience.
Open Other Services
- From the main sidebar, open Services, then select Other Services.
- You will see cards such as Digital Menu Layout, Take Away, and Pick Up.

Digital Menu Layout (quick set)
- Under Digital Menu Layout, find Dish View.
- Choose Grid or List as the default dish view. The helper text reads: set default dish view, grid or list.
For banners that appear on the customer digital menu, continue in Setting Digital Menu Layouts.
Take Away
- On the Take Away card, turn Status on to allow customers to place takeaway orders.
- Choose Active Menu Set (for example Default Menuset).
Pick Up
- On the Pick Up card, turn Status on to allow customers to place pickup orders.
- Choose Active Menu Set for pickup the same way.
Reservations
When a table reservation service card appears under Other Services, manage it like takeaway and pickup: set operational Status and choose an Active Menu Set. For taking reservation orders from the order flow, see Can We Take Reservations.
What happens next
After these modes are on, confirm dine-in and delivery in Managing Dine-In Services and Managing Delivery Services. Assign menu sets across services with How to Assign Services to Menu Sets.
