Configuring Notification Preferences

Notification Preferences control which in-app alerts this restaurant sends for Table, Restaurant, Space, and Menu changes. Open them from Settings > Notifications.

Before you start

• These toggles are restaurant settings alerts. Personal email and profile notification choices live under Profile Setting (see related guides).
• Decide which operational areas should ping your team.

Open Notification Preferences

1. Open Settings for this restaurant.
2. Under General Setting, select Notifications. The Notification Preferences dialog opens.

Choose categories

Turn each toggle on or off:

• Table - alerts when tables are added, removed, or assigned to seating areas.
• Restaurant - core business changes, ownership transfers, and profile resets.
• Space - changes to your physical layout or dining sections.
• Menu - updates to dishes, add-ons, pricing, and availability.

Save or discard

1. Click Save to keep your choices.
2. Click Discard to leave without saving.
3. Use the back arrow or X to close the dialog.

What happens next

Saved preferences apply to future alerts for these categories. Review staff actions in Viewing the Activity Log, or manage personal email alerts from Profile Setting.
