Using POS Mode

Open POS Mode to ring items fast with + New, Orders, Table, and KOT views for cashiers.

POS Mode is a cashier-focused layout for ringing items quickly, choosing a service mode, assigning a table, and sending KOT remarks without using the full sidebar.

Open POS Mode

  1. From Orders, select POS Mode.
  2. Use the top bar: + New, Orders, Table, and KOT.

Ring a new order

  1. Select + New.
  2. Choose service type: Dine In, Delivery, Pickup, or Takeaway.
  3. For dine-in, set Table / Select Table.
  4. Tap dishes from All Categories (or another category). Add Add Remarks to KOT when the kitchen needs a note.
  5. Confirm with Confirm Order or Confirm & Print. Watch Total and QTY update as you add lines.

Active Orders in POS

Open Orders in the POS bar to see the same live cards filtered by Dine In and Delivery, with Search and Assigned available.

Table and KOT in POS

The Table view mirrors Space filters and Open / Occupied status. The KOT view shows Pending Orders, Completed KOTs, and Split KOT by type.

What happens next

After you confirm, tickets appear for the kitchen. Use KDS Mode for kitchen displays, or return to the main Orders board for full order detail and checkout.
