What Happens to My Data If I Reset or Delete My Account?
Understand the difference between a data reset, deleting the account, and deleting one item.

These are different actions, and they are not the same.
- Data reset: clears the working data but keeps your account. Cleared data may not be recoverable.
- Delete account: closes the restaurant for good and removes its data.
- Deleting one item (a dish or add-on, for example): it goes to Trash, where you can restore it until its retention time ends.
Trash retention depends on your plan: the Pricing page lists 15 days on Free, 30 on Basic, 60 on Premium and 90 on Platinum.
If you only want fresh counter numbers, Reset All Counters on Restaurant Details changes counters only.
