Configuring Menu Sets for Multi-Channel Sales

Bundle sub-menus and manage channel-specific pricing seamlessly.

Overview

Menu Sets let you bundle or assign specific sub-menus to different operational channels or storefronts—such as your online website, delivery platforms, or special event menus—allowing you to manage channel-specific pricing and visibility.

Why It Matters for Growth

Managing a single unified catalog across dine-in, web storefronts, and third-party delivery apps can create pricing conflicts. Menu Sets let you decouple channels so you can run targeted pricing strategies or restrict specific item availability per sales channel.

Step-by-Step Configuration

Navigate to Menu > Menu Set from the main dashboard sidebar.

Click + Add New to open the creation window.

Enter the Menu Set Name (e.g., Seasonal Promo or Delivery Menu).

Select the corresponding Sub-Menu group from the dropdown list.

Toggle the Adjust price for Sub-Menu switch if you need custom pricing structures specific to this menu set channel.

Click Save Menu Set to publish the configuration. You can check usage statuses directly from the master list table to see which channels are active.
