Order Management
Self-Ordering via Tables QR Code by Customer:
Customers can scan the QR code placed on their table and order directly from their phones. No need to wait for staff!
Staff Ordering:
Staff can take orders using any device (mobile, tablet, or desktop).
They simply walk to the table, select the items, and place the order.
✅ Whether it’s self-service or staff-assisted, the process is quick and user-friendly.
2. KOT/BOT (Kitchen/Bar Order Ticket)
Split by Department:
Orders can be split by menu type (e.g., Café, Restaurant, Bar) and sent to different printers in different departments.
Single or Multiple Printers:
Print to just one printer or multiple – based on how the restaurant operates.
3. Billing System
RestroX offers two types of billing setups, based on whether the customer is IRD Verified:
A. IRD Verified Billing
Customers registered with IRD (Inland Revenue Department) can legally print bills for their customers.
